2003: The Beginning
Shanker Logistics was founded when Mr. Sadhu Ram Agarwal started the transport business from scratch and shred his legacy to his son Mr. Vishnu Agarwal. Their vision was to establish a reliable logistics service that prioritizes efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
2004: Expansion of Leadership
With the entry of Mr. Vimal Agarwal into the business, the company strengthened its foundation and broadened its capabilities. His expertise and strategic vision played a crucial role in driving the company forward.
2006: Transformation into a Private Limited Company
Recognizing the need for structured growth and enhanced credibility, Shanker Logistics transitioned from a partnership firm to a private limited company. This transformation marked the beginning of a new phase of professionalization and expansion.
2009: Diversification into C&F Services
In a significant move, Shanker Logistics expanded its service offerings by adding Warehousing (C&F) services. The company became a C&F agent for Expeditors International Pvt. Ltd., a Fortune 500 company and the sixth-largest logistics company in the world. This collaboration further strengthened our presence in the logistics industry.
2015: Scaling the Fleet to 100+ Vehicles
With a growing demand for our transportation services, we achieved a major milestone by surpassing the 100-vehicle mark in our fleet. This expansion enabled us to provide seamless and efficient transportation solutions across the country.
2017: Expansion of Warehousing Services
To complement our transportation services, we extended our warehousing operations to all major cities in the eastern region of India. This step allowed us to offer end-to-end logistics solutions to our clients.
2019: Crossing 1 Million Sq. Ft of Warehouse Space
